- 2 cups fresh basil leaves packed
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Add the basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic to the food processor. Pulse until the basil is coarsely chopped and the garlic is evenly distributed.
Add the olive oil, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until the mixture is well blended but still retains some texture.
