I’m Holly, the home cook, recipe developer, and writer behind Raised Bed Recipes. This site is where my love for cooking with seasonal vegetables meets my husband Harry’s passion for gardening.

My goal is to show just how rewarding and approachable it can be to grow your own food—even in small spaces—and use those ingredients to create meals your family will enjoy.

From Garden to Table
Raised Bed Recipes grew naturally out of This Wife Cooks, my long-running blog focused on vegan and vegetarian cooking. Over the years, as our backyard garden expanded—thanks to Harry—I found myself spending as much time thinking about what was growing as I did planning what to cook. It made sense to create a space dedicated to both.

As a home cook who’s been creating vegetarian and plant-based meals for over 13 years, I’ve come to appreciate the connection between what we grow and what we eat. Raised Bed Recipes is all about celebrating that connection with seasonal produce and garden-to-table inspiration.
